Cottage Cheese or Paneer is a very fresh cheese used in almost all the Indian cuisines. It even tastes good when eaten raw. Paneer Bhurji is a popular and easy recipe and can be eaten as breakfast and dinner. It is an amalgam of onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato and scrambled paneer. This recipe can also work for Egg Bhurji or Potato Bhurji. It can be eaten with chapatis or paratha. It can also be used as the Sandwich or rolls filling or can be eaten solely. Tips :

  1. Use fresh Paneer or home made paneer.
